Yesterday I edited together a tutorial video for Paper Website. I took my laptop to a café, bought a coffee, and just stayed there until it was complete. It was such a nice way to timebox a task. Here's the final video if you're interested: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4sVrE8Rmfjg
Next up is editing some better video ads. The ones I made before were terrible in hindsight. They didn't explain the product and were low quality.
The aspect ratio was also bad. The videos were 1:1 (square) meaning that on a portrait format (for example Instagram Stories) they looked bad.
These new advertisements will be widescreen, portrait, and square to cover all formats. They'll also be longer and show off the product better.
I've also been posting lots of content to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. I have a tiny following, so probably no one sees the posts, but having active looking social accounts definitely seems more trustworthy.
