More failed Stripe subscriptions for Mailoji over the weekend. I open the payments page and all I see is red.
Over 50% of these subscriptions are failing, which is a massive problem. Each one is a customer lost for no good reason - it's actually painful.
I've overhauled my failed payments emails again, and also contacted Stripe, because I don't think the fail rate should be this high.
Does crypto solve this? Make it stop!
