One thing I've noticed with Paper Website is that usage after signup is quite low. A user will pay for their website, choose a domain name, and set up various settings, then they might not touch it for weeks.
This is bad. If the user isn't seeing value then they are not going to keep using the service, they're also less likely to tell other people about it.
I suspect the problem is that people don't know what to write about, which is quite a hard problem to solve.
I might email a couple of them directly to see if there's anything else holding them back.
